Dr. Praveen Aggarwal has an experience of over 30 years in managing overall businesses, Corporate & Public Affairs, Corporate Social Responsibility in leading MNCs and Indian Companies and Foundations across India and South West Asia.
He has worked in leadership positions in several organizations including Swades Foundation, Coca-Cola India and South West Asia, Jain Satellite Television, MGF Group and has successfully conceptualized and implemented strategic roadmap for driving CSR and corporate affairs for sustainable businesses besides managing P&L.
Between 2002- early 2012 led CSR/ Sustainability and Corporate Affairs for Coca-Cola India and Sout West Asia with increasing responsibilities.
From June 2012 till May 2016, he led Swades Foundation as its Head & COO and transformed Swades into one of the largest and most upcoming NGO, creating a unique model of Rural Development covering over 2100 villages through a team of over 350 full-time professionals.
Praveen has been part of various prestigious forums and committees such as CII, FICCI and AMCHAM during his entire tenure.
Currently Praveen is serving on the Advisory Boards of NGOs- READ India, FUEL and FORCE.
Dr. Murthy is a doctorate in Civil Engineering (Water Resources Management and Engineering Geology) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India (IIT, Kanpur); M.Tech in Applied Geology from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee (IIT, Roorkee) and Bachelor’s Degree from Andhra University, Waltair
Dr. Murthy started his career as a Scientist with Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) and contributed to the development of water resources development of the country. His domain expertise in hydrogeology, ease with the minor irrigation and wide experience in environmental assessment helped various government, industry, international agencies (such as UNDP) and domestic users over a period of 15 years
He moved to industry as an environmental and water resources manager and supported the food and beverage industry (Coca-Cola) for nine years in six countries. Handled various techno-legal cases at both Central and State agencies/ departmental levels
In total Dr. Murthy has over twenty seven years of wide-ranging experience in hydrogeology, environmental management, mathematical modeling, water resources management, project management, rural development, disaster risk reduction, technology management, groundwater hydrology, watershed development, Managed Aquifer Recharge, micro irrigation, waste water treatment and geospatial modeling

Sandeep has over 25 years of business aviation experience, much of which has been in the Asia Pacific Region. He has held key leadership roles assisting and executing Market Entry, Developing Sales and Marketing Infrastructure, Finance, and Operations for a number of major carriers and has worked in several global companies. Sandeep is the Chief Airline Adviser for Q&A Business Consulting and Program Director for US-India Aviation Program (ACP) a public-private partnership between U.S. Trade and Development Agency, US Federal Aviation Administration and US companies. He was recently Chief Commercial Officer for MGC group including Mega Maldives Airlines. Earlier Sandeep worked for Air New Zealand as RGM/Vice President Asia and was Director – China and Hong Kong with Delta Air Lines (Northwest Airlines) where he was instrumental in driving sustainable growth, establishing strong industry and regulatory relationships, enlarge customer base, build Joint Venture partnerships and ensuring a seamless merger of Delta and Northwest. Sandeep holds an MBA and postgraduate degree from Oxford Brookes University in the UK and studied at the Institute of Hotel Management in New Delhi. He has also completed the China Managers Development Program from prestigious Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business and Executive development program from the University of Technology, Sydney. Currently a member of Australian Institute of Company’s Director, he is also a visiting Professor and a guest speaker at two prestigious Chinese Universities. Sandeep previously acted as Chairman of the Board of Airline Representatives in China, International Advisory Chair in China for Travel Industry Association of the USA and as Co-Chair of the subcommittee on Aviation Economic Regulation – under US-China Aviation Cooperation Program.
